Eligibility and Requirements:
The trade-in program is available to customers who own a Phantom 4 or Phantom 4 Pro drone.
The drone being traded in must be in good working condition, with no physical damage or defects that would affect its functionality.
The drone being traded in must include the remote control, battery, charger, and propellers and a case.
Trade-in Prices:
DJI Phantom 4 receives $700.00 trade-in value.
DJI Phantom 4 Pro/Advanced receives $950.00 trade-in value.
DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 receives $1,200.00 trade-in value.
*Additional drone batteries with less than 50 charge cycles and under 2 years old can be traded in for $50 each, and a battery charging hub can be traded in for $40.
Phantom 4 Pro/Advanced and Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 with a built-in screen remote controller will receive an additional $150 trade-in value.
Exclusions:
The trade-in program is only available towards the purchase of a Mavic 3 Enterprise or a Mavic 3 Thermal and not the Mavic 3 Multispectral.
Inspection and Verification:
The drone being traded in will be inspected and verified by our technicians before the trade-in is accepted.
The trade-in price may be adjusted if any issues are found during the inspection process, such as damage or missing components.
Return Shipping:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs should the trade-in be declined by our technicians.
Payment and Fulfilment:
Once the trade-in is accepted, an invoice will be generated for the purchase of a Mavic 3 Enterprise.
Trade-in Credit/Discount:
The trade-in program offers customers a credit/discount towards the purchase of a Mavic 3 Enterprise or Mavic 3 Thermal. This means that customers can trade in their eligible Phantom 4 or Phantom 4 Pro drone and receive a credit/discount towards the purchase of a Mavic 3 Enterprise or Mavic 3 Thermal.
