North Island NextCore RN50 LiDAR Field Demo

Introducing the NextCore RN50 LiDAR, designed by the Australian company Airsight the RN50 is built specifically for the DJI M600. Utilising the Quanergy M8 LiDAR unit, the RN50 comes as payload only option and allows operators who already have access to suitable GNSS data to use thier existing base station equipment or RINEX subscrioptions to process accurate LiDAR datasets.

Survey and Spatial New Zealand is a membership organisation promoting and supporting all aspects of the spatial and surveying sector. This includes location-based spatial information, construction, resource management and housing, cadastral, engineering, hydrographic, geodetic surveying, land development and urban design.

In a rapidly evolving environment S+SNZ are positioning themselves for the future. For this year’s conference, ‘Shaping Tomorrow's Communities’, Survey and Spatial NZ is proud to bring educational and inspirational speakers from all areas relevant to the surveying and spatial sector.

The team from Ferntech will be present at the conference showcasing the Phantom 4 RTK and speaking to surveyors about the future of drone technology in surveying.
